Richard Alloway II
Senior VP Public Affairs
Richard Alloway II is an American politician and lawyer. He is a former Republican member of the Pennsylvania State Senate. Mr. Alloway was first elected in 2008 to serve as the State Senator for the 33rd District, and was subsequently re-elected in 2012 and 2016. Mr. Alloway became the Republican Caucus secretary in 2014, and was chosen again for the position in 2016 and 2018. In January 2019 Mr. Alloway resigned from the Senate explaining that he would like to return to private practice and work with technology companies that will positively effect community sustainability.
Evan DeMarco
CMO
Evan DeMarco is a leading sports medicine and nutrition expert, published author, public speaker and frequent guest on television, radio, and digital platforms. Leveraging his sports background, his entrepreneurial success, and his thirst for knowledge, Evan returned to school to bio- and organic chemistry and went on to develop a vastly improved formula for prenatal supplements delivered in liquid form after finding out he was going to be a father. From there he worked to develop numerous ingredient technologies to improve brain function in infants, children and adults. His patented Alpha & Omega is used in over 25% of the global prenatal vitamins. Like most single parents, Evan has struggled with the demands of his career and the desire to be a present and engaged single parent. His daughter comes first, leading to many sleepless nights trying to finish work while she sleeps.
Robert McGrath
Director & Capital Markets Advisor
Robert McGrath served in the Army during the Vietnam war. Mr. McGrath worked for Merrill Lynch on the floor of the NYSE. In 1976 Bob became a member of the NYSE. In 1979, Mr. McGrath joined S.C. Bernstein as Vice President and Head of the trading floor operation. In 1982, as a member of the NYSE Mr. McGrath founded B&B securities and where he served as Senior Partner and CEO for the next 27 years. Mr. McGrath served on the Board of Directors of the Floor Members Emergency Fund and the Organization of Commission Brokers and as a Senior Floor Official of the NYSE for over 20 years.
Bret L. Hedges
SVP of Strategic partnerships with Healixa
Bret has over 30 years in finance both in retail and banking. 12 of these years were in the health care sector. He has extensive knowledge and experience working with physicians and hospitals on the practice management side and financial sector of the business. His years in the finance arena have made him exceptional in the investor relations space. Along with his years of experience and knowledge in raising capital in the investment banking arena makes Mr. Hedges an ideal member for our board. He has been serving Healixa for the last four years as our SVP of Strategic Partners.
Matthew A. Vogel
IVP Founder, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
As a self-starting entrepreneur since the age of 18, Matthew has helped establish and cultivate a multitude of ecommerce-based companies and retail businesses operating both domestically and internationally. With an extensive background in Sales & Marketing, Equipment Leasing, and Financial Consulting, Matthew has implemented effective and radical strategies to raise capital, increase revenues, and boost sales and productivity for various institutions across the globe.
Currently, Matthew operates as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Innovative Venture Partners, LLC, Vice President of Sales, and Marketing for CCP Solutions, LLC, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Maxicom Capital Partners, LLC, and Founder/Chairman of Aware Project, LLC.

Chris Miller recently served as the Acting Secretary of Defense of the United States where he oversaw the military’s $720 billion budget and successfully led its two million service members and 700,000 civilian employees through one of the most tumultuous periods in American history. One of his generation’s most seasoned national security professionals with extensive cross-cultural and multigenerational experience operating from the ground-level with foreign governments and leading U.S. and allied military and security forces. As a Green Beret, Mr. Miller planned and participated in the invasions of Afghanistan in 2001 and Iraq in 2003, in addition to numerous other deployments worldwide.

We have experienced success in all stages of litigation, from temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions to jury trials and appeals in numerous state and federal courts.

Michael Brubaker

Michael Brubaker is an entrepreneur who also served in the Pennsylvania State Senate, from 2006 thru 2014. Mr. Brubaker is on the board of numerous organizations including, Donegal Insurance, High Holdings Corporation, Solid Waste Association of North America, Lancaster County Solid Waste Management Authority, Hunger-Free Lancaster County. Mr Brubaker is a distinguished Alumni of West Virginia University. He holds numerous awards including The IMPACT Award, from the US Department of State, Significant Sig Award, Hunger Leadership Award , Guardian of Small Business Award, Small Business Person of the Year, Honorary Doctor of Public Service from Thaddeus Stevens College.

Since 1992, former U.S. Ambassador Michael Ussery has led major investments, development and humanitarian projects in East Europe, the Mid-East, Asia and the Caribbean. Mr. Ussery is a Founder of numerous companies and non-profit organizations operating internationally, and he has been a strategic advisor to leading corporations. He holds a current U.S. Government security clearance for his work on Navy Seal Training Exercises and State Department Counter-Terrorism and Counter-Narcotics. Michael Ussery has served on a great many boards including Global Adviser to General Dynamics (2000-2014).
Ken Surritte
Senior Advisor Water Independence
Ken Surritte is the founder of WATERisLIFE, a nonprofit providing water, sanitation, and hygiene solutions that has reached 60,000,000 people to date. Mr. Surritte’s passion to inspire and motivate others to make a significant difference has resulted in currently providing more than 2.5 million liters of clean potable water per hour for the world's most disadvantaged. Mr. Surritte’s realized the dire need for clean water after a trip to Nairobi. He learned that, globally, one in five children dies before the age of five, most from waterborne diseases. It was after his return to Oklahoma in 2009 that the idea of WATERisLIFE evolved.
